Because our products are digital downloads (such as eBooks, templates, PDFs, or audio files), all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• If you were charged multiple times for the same product by mistake.

• If the digital file is completely corrupted or cannot be downloaded.

• If the product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the website.
